This is an optional, casual event in the neighborhood where we first met. Friends and family traveling from out of town, we'd love to see your faces and spend some time with you if you're able to join. We've rented a private room that has pizza and beer available for purchase. We recommend taking public transit or Ubering here, as this part of town has very limited parking. If you are a member of the Bridal Party, please arrive at 5:30 PM for the rehearsal dinner.

McMenamin's Kennedy School Courtyard 5-5:30 PM

The ceremony begins promptly at 5 PM in the courtyard. Please arrive by 4:45 to find a seat. Free parking is available behind the venue and in the surrounding neighborhood. The parking lot has a direct entrance to the courtyard. If you have the time, this venue is a fun and "very Portland" place, so we recommend that you explore this elementary-school-turned hotel before the reception. Dress code: Semi-formal, but this isn't strict. It's hot in August and we want you to be comfortable.

McMenamin's Kennedy School Gymnasium 5:30-10 PM

The gymnasium is directly nextdoor to the courtyard where the ceremony is held. We'll have dinner, open beer & wine bar, and dancing. We truly can't wait to celebrate with you!

No official plans, please enjoy the city or nearby nature!

We hope you travel safely! If you want to say one last goodbye, the bride and groom are staying at the venue hotel and will be having breakfast in the main restaurant. Anyone is welcome to join us for a coffee and a farewell. Our late checkout is at 1 pm.
